    Toast, cooked on one side, push an egg ring into the uncooked side of the bread, crack an egg into the egg ring, and then back under the grill until the egg is cooked.

    Toast with vegemite, or peanut butter.

    Cereal biscuits (just butter, sugar, egg, flour, and a bit of whatever cereal I happen to have in the cupboard).

    I keep frozen pita breads and I love to either put mushroom green capsicum and cheese in it then sandwich press it or put sauce on it then the same and stick it on oven like a little pizza.
