    Pantry - different flours, sugars, bicarb, cocoa, coconut, custard powder cereals, pasta/spaghetti, tin tomatoes, baked beans, passage, tinned beans/lentils, coconut milk. ...

    Fridge - cheese, milk, olives, curry pastes and other Asian jarred ingredients, Greek yogurt

    Freezer - minced meat, frozen lunch leftover portions, fish, chicken pieces, frozen berries.

    There's probably more...but that's off the top of my head. I'm poor as a church mouse at the moment so running a skeleton cupboard!

    Pantry - flour (white/wholemeal/self raising, baking powder/soda, pasta, tinned toms, evap milk, tinned lentils/beans/chickpeas, noodles, cereal, oats, brown/raw sugar, sauces (specifically soy, bbq, tomato), stock.

    Fridge - milk (full cream), sour cream, yoghurt, eggs, cold meat, various fruit/veg.

    Freezer - meat, pastry, bread.

    And I have a mind blank...

    Pantry - bakers, plain, sr, spelt and wholemeal flours, cocoa, choc chips, bi carb, baking powder, raw, icing, brown, coconut and caster sugar, dessicated coconut, almonds, macadamias, pitted dates, pasta, rice, quinoa, chia seeds, coconut cream, coconut milk, tinned chickpeas, baked beans, tinned beetroot, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, passata, olive oil, coconut oil, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, tamari, Vegemite, peanut butter, oats, spices, maple syrup, worstershire sauce, honey, yeast, bread improver, vanilla bean paste,

    Fridge - eggs, cheese, Parmesan, milk, butter, margarine

    Freezer - fish, blueberries, peas, corn and chips.

    Probably butter, hard cheese, eggs and milk in the fridge. Sweet potatoes, some kind of green vegie, cauliflower, some kind of beef/lamb cut.
    Then potatoes, onions in the pantry. Almond meal, tapioca flour, salt, pepper, olive oil.
    With that, we eat!
