Default Need to loose 5-7 in two weeks starting now!!

Has anyone tried Optifast? Does it make you put weight on after you stop doing it?
I need to fit into a dress in exactly two weeks time and need to loose weight around my stomach. I tried on my dress and feel so so disgusting
I need some help or ideas to do something that will make me loose weight. I have a 2yr old and 4yr old who are with me full time and own a business so I cannot exactly go running for 2hrs a day etc.
    Please help!!!

I have not tried it but generally things like Optifast etc start working quickly if used properly. I just want to point out you won't know where you will lose weight from so I can't guarantee it will be from the area you want.

Have you thought of also getting some spanx to wear as well? It will help 'smooth' it down as well.

There are ladies here that can give you awesome advice too. Good luck!

While I agree with everyone else I have had some luck with weight loss patches. The mymi ones can help and a 15 day course should help with your tummy area. I have a weight loss diary if you want to have a look at the results. Be sure to check your diet and exercise when you can to. It has helped me to keep the weight coming off after the patches.

You could try the 5:2 diet. A friend of mine is doing it and has had great results.

*Disclaimer* we have a up&go & 2 protien snacks for breakfast & lunch & meat & veg for dinner.

We try and run but sometimes its a waddle.

Juice detox. It will give you instant result. Will be temporary result if you go back to eating things that bloat you. Basically it will flush your system out and all the excess fluid especially around your stomach.
If you're in Sydney I can recommend so places that do them

Optifast will give great results but it's expensive and you need to stick 100% to the program. You will put the weight straight back on unless you do the program properly.

I'm on week 7 of Optifast Intensive phase and have lost 6.8kg so far.

If you do the program strictly for 2 weeks, you will drop weight quickly, but in that time, it's mostly going to be water weight. So it will likely come back on if you stop abruptly and resume normal patterns.
