    I suffer from anxiety and depression. I see a psychologist weekly and am on meds. It's a daily struggle and so hard but you can do this. You are a strong woman. Please remember we are all here for you. Motherhood is wonderful but also very hard.

    It's bloody hard even for those who don't have anxiety, have a hubby that helps, stable income etc. I don't know how those facing additional challenges do it. The only way I could imagine getting through would be to lean on anyone and everyone for a helping hand.

    Im doing ok today.

    We decided i will see a psychologist at this stage & give that a red hot go. If that doesn't help ill see a psychiatrist & ask for medication
