    I went through Dubai a few months ago. Hate that airport! So disorganised. No, with the value of the $ at the moment I didn't find it cheaper.

    Maybe this would be a better option for any big purchases you want to make. It's really easy to do and you save a decadent amount. It also leaves you free to relax and shower during your short stopover.
