    Default Summer dessert ideas

    Hey ladies
I'm going to a get together on Sunday and need to take a dessert/sweet treat. It's meant to be 35 degrees! I would prefer to make some sort of slice but there will already be 2 chocolatey slices, so would need to be something a bit different! There's already lots of fruit salad/fruit kebabs, I was thinking little trifle cups but generally all the food gets put out on a big table for everyone to slowly pick at and I worry it would go yuck. So any ideas??

What about the banana caramel pie biscuit things? With the butternut biscuits softened in the oven, fill with caramel top n fill, slice of banana then cream? They'd need to be kept refrigerated until serving so that might be a problem?

Or mini pavlovas? Also will need to be refrigerated?

Maybe a cheesecake set in a slice tin so it's easy to eat with fingers.

I recently made a sweet platter with some fruit, marshmallows, scotch finger biccies and those TV snack malt fingers and served that with a 'cookie dough' dip, it was delish!
