Birth by Catherine Price. It's Australian and written by midwives with many decades of experience
I read a bunch of books and liked this one the most.

Easy to read would be "Up The duff"

Loved it! Very informative and straight to the point, no non sense and quite funny ☺️

Really? I found the stories a bit annoying.. Whatever works though.
Most importantly - read books, not Google.

Well I am only close to a third of the way through the book Birth. And so far am extremely disappointed with it She non stop recommends 'woo' like sticking different types of food up your vagina for thrush related issues, but will shoot down anything medical as 'not proven'. Very one sided, and frankly bordering on dangerous in my opinion. Can anyone recommend a good book based in science and proven studies to back up the claims?
