@BecT - you are handling it very well- I hate the limbo. You are so brave. When it happened to me I was living in a small town hours from any city and I didn't want to have a D&C as I would have known all the hospital staff so I just waited and it happened on its own- at work mind you and it was incredibly distressing. I can't believe you just spent a grand on blood tests! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!!
@MrsChino - I had my scratch under anaesthetic!!! That's the only way they normally do it where I went. Well done you!!! Eeek i just squeezed my legs together in sympathy! I'm on pregnyl, well I've only injected a single half dose to see if it makes my bloat explode so I guess that will mess with POAS - but I'm so disconnected from this cycle I'm already planning the next one. I know that sounds bad.
@Ree888 - how you going love? When is your bfn follow up appointment and do you do HRT fets with waz or natural ones?
@mummymaybe - good luck tomorrow - you will be in my thoughts!
@Heyside - spill the beans on your Wazza appt!
@Keiko2012 - this is so frustrating for you!!!! My leave this year was planned around a silly cycle too that failed- while all my colleagues went overseas I blew the money on IVF and stressed about potential future childlessness. Ahhhh what we wouldn't give to be off this rollercoaster huh

I just lost a whole post of personals. Grrrrrrr. I will pop back later to re-do!
Just wanted to check in. I have my appt tomorrow arvo with Wazza to discuss FET. I've never done one with him before so don't know if I'll be doing medicated or natural.
On my first day back at work I arrived to yet another one of my staff pregnant. That's 4 this year!! Then on top of that, I found out yesterday she is pregnant with twins. Man, that stung. She was crying about it saying she didn't know how she'd cope...I have a good relationship with her and she knows I've been doing ivf. I had to stop her and say I know it's a surprise but you need to be so thankful you've been given this gift. They both have healthy heartbeats, just take it a day at a time. Then I started crying and told her my transfer had failed and she felt so bad for being upset about her twins. I told her how happy I am for her but it still stings a little, and I am really sad about it and she understood. It's really affected me, I was quite upbeat but that's all gone out the window now. Just feeling a bit down, on top of all that, still no AF and my breasts are still SO sore. Usually after a failed transfer as soon as I stop progesterone support AF arrives within a day or two. Don't know what's going on.

@mummymaybe - Glad to hear your doing better now, great that you didn't need fluid taken.
@StillHopeful - Glad you enjoyed the wedding, sorry to hear the ms has started not good timing with the wedding, did everyone know about your pregnancy? Enjoy your time away.
@keiko - big hugs hun seems you can't catch a break, I think you are right to start looking into new clinics if your current clinic can't provide what you need, you might get a cancellation with Wazza sooner than you think I got a phone call after two weeks but wasn't ready for an appointment so early so took myself off the cancelation list.
@BecT - Oh hun big hugs, even though we know what to expect it is still crushing when its confirmed. Gosh $1000 on bloods that's a lot of money, hoping they find some answers for you though hun which can be easily treated, it will be worth it then. Is there anyway you can take a well deserved break that won't cost a fortune maybe camping or time out at a friend's place?
@MrsChino - Glad the scratch went well and it wasn't awkward with your old Fs. Hopefully af turns up for you when planned.
@Ree888 - Good luck for your appointment with wazza, from my meeting with him yesterday something tells me he doesn't like to leave things to chance and will use medicated FET's. Sorry to hear about more pregnancy news you are having to deal with but good on you for stressing what a blessing her twins are especially when you are going through so much.

As for me ladies my appointment with wazza went well yesterday but my mind was a little blown a bit and I was so tired.
Have to say yes we found Wazza to be a little cooky and off the wall but he made us feel at ease and laugh. Our appointment was changed to 8am and I didn't actually leave there until 12 after seeing the clinic, Dh had to actually leave after his bloods and sample as he had a meeting in the city.
We went with the frame of mind that we were getting a second opinion and weren't necessarily moving from our old clinic. I was thinking it was probably time to move where as DH was a little more doubtful and wanted to see how things went. After seeing Warren DH was convinced and happy that we should move as he liked the way he told us what he would do straight away and was confident in what he was talking about. I agree that we need this confidence now and need a more direct approach but I also came away from the appointment with a sense of sadness of what we have lost with the old clinic. I feel I may be a bit of a number now where as my last clinic was very personal. We have decided to go ahead with Warren though and are happy to say we have started on his protocol already.
He has started me on progynova and provera which I have already started and then I begin prednisone next week before starting a crossover long down regulated cycle with synarel and cetrotide, he is using puregon like I have done previously but a higher dose. I have also opted to go into surgery for a hysteroscopy, scratch and lipiodal flush (this was optional but we decided to go for the whole lot). Before transfer I will use feldene as an anti-inflammatory. So I felt like a walking chemist when I picked up all my meds yesterday and with all his extra supplements too I will be rattling as I walk lol. Hoping all this does the trick and finally brings us a bfp.
DD was so good yesterday I was so happy with her as it was such a long time for her so she got spoiled after the appointment with lunch out and a muffin and ice cream treat she deserved it.

@Keiko2012 - omg I see why you are frustrated love - so much waiting this year!! You poor thing. I really hope they are able to sort out your SD so you can move forward!! Far out.
@StillHopeful - yay but boo for MS. It's a sign things are good but I'm sure it doesn't feel great!
@BecT - I really admire how you seem to be handling everything love. I'm so sorry this one wasn't the one. The process dragging out mustn't be helping either. Sending hugs your way
@MrsChino - I cannot believe you were awake for that! I've been under GA for both of mine. You brave thing you! Ouch! Good to hear you'll be back on the wagon soon!
@Heyside I'm glad your appt went well - I know how overwhelming that first one is - my brain was swimming when I had mine!! Onwards and upwards from here - rattling pills and all - I recommend getting an old lady pill box - I almost got one for myself - if it ended up being a BFP I would have. Next time around I will be getting one because there were days where I was worried I'd forgotten a dose of progesterone.
@Ducky01 - how are you doing? I hope you're feeling a little better and the OHSS is being kept at bay!

I will write individual replies when I'm on the computer but just a quick note to say HCG was 286 and progesterone over 500!!!! I guess I'm really pregnant. Now I wish my husband or sister would answer the phone, having this information and not being able to tell them sucks.

@Ree888 - I have already progressed to the old lady pill box lol from my last few FET's which had a few pills added into the mix but yes will definitely be needing them this time around. DH thinks he may even need ine this time around lol.
