Sarah you really have done an amazing job baking those babies! I'll bet you're tired. I'm constantly exhausted and I've only got one bubba.

We all are doing amazing jobs.

Hey ladies. Ob just called and after looking at my scans again he's decided he wants to deliver a couple of days earlier on 20th May. That's only 2 weeks away!
Clem how's your BP and pelvic pain going. My pain has become excruciating at times and moving around has become difficult. The person other than you ladies I complain about it to is Dh because I'm so worried people will think I'm ungrateful. I'm sure I can handle it for two more weeks.

Eek Ngaiz so exciting! What gestation will you be then?
I've got max 3 weeks to go, but will go earlier I'd Bp spikes. Baby is still 99th percentile so we should be ok anytime from now.
Oh you poor thing the physio told me its one of the most painful things you can have. Mine has gotten so much worse the last few weeks, I feel crippled this week. If you can try and keen legs together, especially when you sleep. I'll bet rolling over in bed is agony, if you can try pulling in your core before you roll, can help. I alway wake at least twice to wee at night and I have to psych myself up for 5-10 mins before I get out of bed it's so painful.
Also try and avoid stairs if you can or go very gingerly. Anything where you lift one leg makes it worse. My nurse said panadene is fine to take too and I've had some on really excruciating nights but it doesn't do a thing.
Ummmm of course you're allowed to complain! Miracles can still be bloody painful.

I'll be 38+3, I'm so excited but terrified; there's still two weeks for something to go wrong.
Thanks for the tips! Panadeine doesn't seem to help me either. I've tried Panadeine Forte which did give me some relief but it's not really considered safe in the final weeks of pregnancy as the high dose of Codeine can cause fetal respiratory distress on delivery.
Haha I have to psych myself up to get up and down off the toilet.
Gee your bubba could be a big one! How big was your Ds? Mine is still sitting around 10th centile.

38 and 3 is great bubba should be well baked by then. 38th week is the furtherest I'll get to.
Arg yes getting on and off the toilet is so painful. I find too once I've laid down for awhile getting up is agony, it's like all the joints cease up.
The middies in hospital gave me this bandage binding after I had my DS and they saw me hobbling around, that might help you? Or recovery shorts? Only other thing that helps me is a long shower and even then it's not much relief.
My DS was a decent weight, 3.35kg at 36 weeks. He's always teetered between 25-50th percentile though, has never been a big kid, skinny but muscley, I'm always trying to feed him but he burns it all up.
This bubba has been 2 weeks ahead from early on, I think 2 weeks ago he was weighing 2.8kg. My Ob is a specialist sonogrphaer too and rarely gets growth scans wrong, he thinks if we get to 38 weeks baby will be 4kg or more. DP was 5kg!

Wow not long at all ladies, we will have some babies in this thread next week! 😮!
I am a teeny tiny envious of those not allowed past 38 😩 I'm 39 weeks today! And pretty sure I can get to 40 and maybe even then some 😭 but surely within a couple weeks I'll have him 🙏🙏
Finally put my capsule in the car yesterday, got tired and breathless doing so! And then find out I might have to swap cars with my sister for a week because ours needs some major work 😏 LOL! 😂
My feet swelled up like balloons last night, but there's is so near, and then I'll probably never have a precious bump again, so I need to enjoy every last day (even with all the aches and pains!).
Oh and Sarah well done on carrying your twins so long! Even though it's hard, every day longer inside is a stronger bub born. Good luck for their delivery xoxo

So close now ladies!!
I had my OB appointment yesterday, I'm 1cm, was hoping she would say I was like 4cm's!
She done a bit of a stretch and sweep, and sent me home to have 'relations' with hubby and go for a big walk over the weekend. We go back on Monday and see if it has helped at all, I've been having more pains and an uncomfortable, but nothing started just yet, if I'm still only 1-4cm's I will be admitted on Wednesday night and they will gel me, then in the morning they will break my waters of needed. OB had said she will let me go 3-4hrs that way before using the drip, so I'm happy about that.
No long until I can eat anything, and hopefully the reflux ends.
Bub is measuring good, my insulin has actually been dropped as my glucose levels have eased and settled right down. Which is good but kind of scary as it can mean the placenta is deteriorating. It looks good on the u/s though so OB isn't too concerned, especially as I'm being seen pretty much every 2-4 days.
