    In honor of fathers day.

    My DP loves
    Fried Cabbage with bacon
    Baked beetroot
    Mashed turnip
    Brussel sproats sauteed in lemon and butter
    Sauerkraut
    Stuffed Cabbages
    Fried Kranskies
    Mash potato
    Hash made with pickled herring
    Swedish potato salad full of smoked salmon

    What is your DP's fav foods that you cook?

    Definitely crumbed lamb cutlets. To me, that is sacrilege. Why would you crumb and fry a piece of meat which is absolutely perfect grilled with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of s&p?!
    And his favourite side would be something potato-based like potato bake or a creamy, buttery mash.
