@sarah1502 - it'll be interesting to see your chart since you mentioned that you get regular periods. How long are your cycles normally?

Its gone up a fair bit this morning it will be interesting to see what it does tomorrow morning.. I guess if it continues to rise then I'm right to assume that I might be ovulating soon? If it drops again then probably not? I think this morning was probably the highest it's been..

Shrillian my cycles are generally 33 - 35 days

Some people with pcos have regular cycles, others don't. Some ovulate fine, others don't. Every case is different.

I have PCOS - some cycles are short, some long. My last cycle (in which I was officially diagnosed) was 36 days and I ovulated.

I've been pretty lucky that I've ways had my period every month since I first got it although it hasn't always been regular.

I was saying a while ago ever since I started drinking peppermint tea my period has become really regular and it's really settled my PCOS symptoms such as excessive hair and my testosterone levels are now within normal range which has never happened. Apart from having 30 follicles on each ovary the only other real symptom I get is the hair growth but not as bad as it was...

We will see if I actually ovulate as I haven't done BBT before and I would usually use OPK so it will be interesting to see if they were accurate
