    Really?! Omg I want to cry. When's the next term though. I'm guessing with the election it won't be in 2016.

    Oh right of course. It might take a while for their first sitting though. Then the time to pass the bill. Then an effective date with enough time for them to get organised administratively. I'm thinking Jan 2017 effective date at the earliest.

    I think January sounds pretty early, especially if election isn't until sept. Then it would depend on who is pm and what their policies are.

    I'm hoping if it tears it's ugly head again, it won't be til budget time next year
