The baby's size at scans is most accurate at the 6-8 week mark so follow the earlier dates you have. By 12-13 weeks, babies are starting to get bigger or smaller compared to each other so the progression based on your measurements gets thrown out.
I had a dating scan at 6 weeks that showed my dates were exactly right. By the time I had my NT scan I was measuring 5 days ahead and by the time I had him I was measuring 3-4 weeks ahead. He was 9lb 2oz so was just a bigger baby.
