    Default Monash IVF Rockhampton

Hi I am after any information regarding IVF in Rocky. We have just moved to Yeppoon. We have been on this roller coaster ride for over 9 years. Our usual FS is in QFG brissy but we are trying to reduce travel and time our DD spends out of school. So we are going to try rocky. Hopefully this will help to reduce the stress. We have one beautiful DD and we have suffered to many losses after her. Unfortunately my age is not slowing down😉 so soon we will have to make the decision to get off the ride. This will be one of the hardest decisions we will make. But at least we know we have given all that we could to try for our dream of children.
If anyone has any positive/negative info please share your story with us. My first appointment is Tuesday 25th August.

    Hi Loveabug,
I have heard really good things about Monash in Rocky, we are in Gladstone and were talking about go through Rocky, however affordable ivf opened a clinic in Bundy and we are going through them as the price difference was amazing!
And travel time is around the same either way we go.
How did your appointment go yesterday? Which FS are you seeing? We had appointments with Dr Leyden years ago when we first started investigations and I believe he is still there, he was very thorough.

    Hi mumofjay
Well our appointment went well with Dr Leyden. We just don't know if it's worth changing. We are going to see Dr DeAmbrosis in February as this is probably our last go.
When are you starting in bundy? Price and travel time make a big difference. We have been traveling to brissy when we moved to central Queensland. Travel long distances makes it all so much harder.
Good luck with your next cycle.

Hi Loveabug, I have literally just had my trigger 20mins ago. EPU booked 8:45 am Tuesday which means I have to be at the hospital at 7am which means up and on the road at 5am.
We were with a clinic on the Gold Coast before this one. Big difference in price, between the 2 clinics.
Good luck with what you decide
