Aim to lose a kg a week as well. Lost 19kg 2 years ago ( have put 8kg back on as had another bub)
I plan on doing lots of walking and I have a set of Michelle Bridges DVDs which are brilliant but most of it will be from diet like last time All the best ladies

Woo hoo to so many being involved.
I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 69.8 I'm in the 60's baby!

I'll continue doing my 5:2 fasting.

Fell off the wagon in the last thread due to having a newborn and a hospital visit. Now DD is 6 weeks I feel like I'm not as foggy and ready to roll!
