    I choose to weigh in weekly (same routine weigh in each week), because if I were to weigh in daily, even though I KNOW that weight fluctuates on a daily basis, it would just drive me bonkers and I'd find it disheartening and I would not be able to deal. But I know heaps of people who weigh in daily, because it works for them, and they use it for motivation.

    I think, so long as you're happy with the way that you do things, then that's all that matters!

    Things are going well for me.
    Guess what I did today...30 minutes on the treadmill!! WAHOOO!!!
    I had no plans for exercise when I woke up, it was in the back of my mind but the opportunity arose and I know that if I start something on a Monday I will continue it all week.
    Tomorrow I will do it a bit earlier because with showers and school runs it was a little tough going to get the kids out on time afterwards.
    But I feel great today now.
    Chuffed with myself.
    7,900 steps done by 11am including my 30 minute fast walk, hitting 10,000 a day should be hard if I can keep this up.

    I'm still plugging along, still can't under 68. Feeling very frustrated. If no one has started a new challenge by tonight then I'll start a new thread.

    Maybe we make it 10 weeks since that takes us to Christmas?

    Well my last weigh in was today and I lost 900g this week which puts me at 71.5kg
