Only 600g loss this week as I haven't been as disciplined as I should have but I'll take that.

Starting weight: 66kg
Last week's weight: 62kg
Current weight: 61.2kg
I'm feeling like I'm in a good place with my eating. Almost totally broken my sugar addiction! I don't crave it any more. I had a couple of pieces of chocolate on the weekend (Coconut rough) and it was just too sweet.

I don't even know what I weigh any more. I think my scales are busted. I always double check to make sure I have the correct weight, but every time I got on this morning, it came up with a different number - anything from 79.7 to 80.95 and most things in between; about 8 different tries with only about 30 seconds between each try. Now they won't even switch on.

I've lost a couple of inches off where my waist should be in the last couple of weeks so that's hopeful. I would *like* my weight to drop too though.

Weighed in yesterday at 70kg so a 400g loss.
It's all too hard at the moment. The stress of waiting on this biopsy result...I just feel so unmotivated and want to eat crap.

My weigh in isn't until Friday but I checked in today after being positively saint-like for the last week and I'm officially 2 kgs down. 3 to go to reach my goal.

my weigh in is Friday. I have a new little tool from the gym. I don't know what to call it, but it is a chip for the machines and it counts my calories, and such, so that it can tell me if i have had a good workout. it shows me how I have worked my different muscle groups. it is a good thing to challenge me to improve my efforts. I know I have had a good workout this morning. marie.
