Have you tried 5:2? You could possibly up you calories to 1800-2000 5 days a week, and only reduce for 2. Could be more manageable...

@Liletak I havent tried that, but might! I think 1500cal is manageable for me, any less and I starve then binge! I might try 1500 and 2 days of 1200 and see how I go... I got myself a fitbit surge - it really does motivate me to move move!! ☺ I am only averaging about 5000 steps a day - half what it should be!

Fitbits can become a bit obsessive. In a good way. I need to dig mine out and charge it. 😄

Went to a mum and bubs crossfit session today. I am shattered!

Bubs did well. They little ones stay contained in their prams so it's a serious session.

Sooo gonna feel this tomorrow. I also joined WW unlimited with the hope that weekly weigh-ins help. I've never done them before, but reckon I'll try for a couple months.

    How's everyone fairing?

Wish I could! Dd1 is in school, Dd2 is a 2.5yo terror (no containment there) and Ds1 is not a quiet baby... 😑 having a drink tonight. Feel like its all a bit too much!

I was a shocker over the long weekend. Attempting to get back on the wagon today. But suspect I'll have a wine with dinner.

    Hi ladies
May I join in ? bub is a more than 4.5 months. I initially lost 10 kg 1 week pp. had supply issues and ate too much and put on 4 kg . mixed feeding now since I started full time work.

    cw - 75.5
    tw - 65

concentrating mainly on diet (not religiously that too ) since I don't get any time for much else . guess i make that as an excuse 😀
