I just went to my local child restraint installer/authorized person. They said it was perfectly fine to have anchor point there. A lot of people seem to get told you can't have third row anchor points but I think it may depend on how your third row seats actually connect to floor when you put them down. In the Prado they grab a secure bar on the floor (then you have to unlock them to remove) whereas other brands don't they literally just sit on the floor and I think that may be the difference. I have also heard people being told they cannot have one installed in cars that the seats pull up from the floor. Hope this helps but if Toyota says it's fine I would think it would be they should know or go and ask an authorized fitting person.
