    I think anything over 30 is OK Corbes but you can't overdose on it so pop in a pessary, it can't hurt.

    I agree with the others pop a pecessary in either entrance I find back entrance is good when at work. Ive heard you cant od on pecess and your body will absorb what it needs to. Xxx
