Dr Warren De Ambrosis. He does immune protocols and intralipids here for a lot of his patients.
He also has been mentoring Dr Charlotte Moorling - she now works out of his offices and takes patients there.
Warren has a long wait list but Charlotte is much quicker to get in to see and consults with Warren on her patient list.

The other option is Nick Logatis at Monash who trained LB - he does intralipids and a few more things that LB won't.

@leyshoja I think my donor was rare. She didn't give any indication on her previous donation (36 eggs) that we would end up with that many.

Interestingly though, the previous donation ended in a freeze all (they wouldn't tell me why for confidentiality reasons) so I only had the fact she has 3 children to go on - to prove fertility I mean.

@Charlie74 I'm one of Wazza's Ladies and he throws everything at you and your OH if you have one to try to maximise egg and sperm quality plus help promote a better lining too. Here's a list of what both DP and I took which is standard when you do one of his protocols (unless you can't have something like the DHEA for eg if you're PCO/PCOS). NB...You have to have the DHEA & Melatonin made at a compounding pharmacy so need a script for it here though I do know of some Ladies here on BH that buy it online from o/seas (I-Herb I think is one of the sites??).

He also offers HGH (Saizen) to help improve egg quality if you want to use it which I tried in Cycle 4 but not my last Cycle as I felt it did nothing to help improve my egg quality though I know it has for other women. It's one of those things you have to try to know if it's going to help. It's exxy but I do believe you can claim some of it back on your PHI if they cover medications etc.

For Her: Folic Acid (Megafol brand usually over the counter at the chemist) 1x5mg tab a day, Berroca 1x day (I substituted a Mega B capsule instead), Fish Oil 1000mg's a day, Zinc- 40mg's a day, Vitamin E 500mg's (1000iu) a day, Co-Enzyme Q10 200-400mg's a day (I did 300 mg's a day), Low dose aspirin 100mg's a day, DHEA 3x25mg caps a day, Melatonin 1x5mg capsule at night. I also added Vit D as I was low in it and Fresh Royal Jelly (1/2tsp a day) but you could take it in capsule form too.

For Him: Aloe Vera Juice 20mls at night, Zinc 40mg's, Pumpkin seeds >10 per day (I just gave DP 1 tbs of peppita's every day), Folic Acid 5mg's a day, Goji berries 1xtbs a day or 20 mls a day of Goji berry juice, Selenium 100mcg/day.

You can take all of these right up until EPU (except the DHEA, you have to decrease to 1 capsule a day from Day 2 of stimms until EPU).

As @emski72 pointed out, it is better if you can be taking these supplements for a good 3 months before hand so as to receive the maximum benefits but I know with my first Cycle with Wazza I was only taking them for about 5-6 weeks prior. When I got a BFN, I just kept DP and I on all the supplements until our next Cycle which was 6 months later.

Wazza will also do a Lipoidal Flush of your tubes and Endo Scratch to help improve the chances of implantation happening which I had both done on Cycle 4 and just the Endo Scratch repeated on Cycle 5. He does both of these procedures in his rooms but if you were having a Lap done for eg, he'd do them when you were knocked out while he was in there

@Charlie74 - I did the same as BiB with Warren for my last OE cycle with him. I was also on DhEA and melatonin for 6 months plus the HGH (Saizen) during the cycle. He also alternates Gonal F with Menopur in the hope of improving egg quality. Unfortunately despite getting 13 eggs that cycle they all expired before Tx. He then advised moving to DE. When doing DE we also threw in an immune protocol (prednisone, clexane, feldene, intralipids). The second DE cycle was tweaked and was successful.
At the very least Wazza will be honest and upfront about what needs to be done. He is the only FS I have had that felt like he wanted us to achieve a BFP as much as we did! The look of pure joy on his face when we did was priceless 😁

Right, I've finally made an appointment. Wazza was booked out until December, so I'm booked in to see Charlotte Moorling about 4 days after I know whether its a BFP or BFN.

Not sure sorry. I didn't ask after they said he wasn't available for an appointment until December.
