Default A need to asks plumber!

We just installed a 2nd hand Rheem Stellar (approx 6-7yrs old) because our old one died and we couldn't afford a new one.
It was installed 1-2 hours ago and and now the water is murky.
The plumber said this is normal and will clear, but I'm still worried.
Do you think this is normal?
Anyone know a plumber at home they can ask?
