Did anyone have this problem and what did you find helped? I had heaps of it around 3 days before ovulation but the last couple of cycles I really have not had much at all.
I have read about evening primrose oil but also heard it causes cycles to go out of whack. I have only just got regular cycles after a MC so I'm worried about that.
I can't drink juice so grapefruit juice is out. I also read about preseed which is probably my best choice but does anyone know more about this or have any other ideas I haven't thought of???

I tried epo...it didn't mess with my cycles.
I've heard drinking more water can help.
I haven't tried preseed but found another brand called forelife which is sperm friendly.

Thanks wannab - I have been taking elevit, vitex and a b complex. I'm actually wondering if it may be the complex? I purchased a different brand and realised it had 100mg instead of 50 like my normal brand... Can too much b6 dry up EWCM?

I'm not sure. I haven't heard that. I conceived 8 times and have had two successful pregnancies and am halfway through number 3 & have used it each time. I have also used small amounts of Pre seed when ttc My DD & DS. I found a little goes a long way with that as well.

I doubt the B complex would dry up your cm. Any excess b vitamins will just be wee'd out. How long have you been taking vitex?
Are you rundown at all?
