    I just poured it out. I lined the slice tin with the baking paper and just made it as even as I could in the tin.

    I'm currently making the Beef & Red Wine Casserole and it tastes AMAZING! This week I'm making:

    Thursday - Beef & Red Wine Casserole
    Friday - Potato Gem Casserole
    Saturday - Dried Apricot Chicken
    Sunday - Honey Mustard Chicken
    Monday - Lamb Obsession
    Tuesday - Sweet & Sour Chicken

    Hassleback chicken for the adults and stuffed sausages for the kids because they won't eat chicken. Both were great! Spinach, ham, cream cheese, Cajun spice and grated cheese. 1/2 hour on high just to warm it up because i was in a rush and 2 and a half hours on low.. Yummy!

    Tomorrow night is steak Diane.
