    That sounds yum and like a good summer meal, tho I don't like pork I'm sure you could do it with beef?

    These week I did beef strog and then last night was spaghetti Bol. Really need a few more summery meals. I love my slow cooker ATM and want to keep using it for summer

    I'm sure you could do it with beef! Would be great! Mmmm I might work on a sauce recipe for that very soon! I will be totally using my SC all the way through summer. On the super hot days I just put it outside the back door under the carport 😉

    Yeah I just need meals I feel like eating in summer, not really a casserole or strog fan in the summer.

    You could do Mexican type dishes - so the meat filling in the SC then do salad fillings, salsa, tacos. A bit lighter for summer.

    Have a look through slow cooker central, there are sooooo many ideas. Also tasty on Facebook feature a lot of yummy looking slow cooker videos that look fantastic for summer.
