    I made Chilli and basil beef with vegetables. Really yummy and just the right amount of chilli for my taste.

    Who has made the Slow Cooker Central Mongolian Beef?

    When it says 3 spring onions, did you use a whole 3? I bought shallots instead and diced up one whole one which had 3 lengths on it. Hope that makes sense. 3 whole shallots would be too much, wouldn't it?

    I've made this a few times. I used the whole 3 and it cooked in. You didn't even really know it was there.
