Do you have known BP problems, if so I would be taking myself off to get checked out.

Do you have a bp machine at home? If not, is your partner at home so you can get to a chemist or doctor to check? It may need treating sooner rather than later if it is bad.

I second this suggestion - do you have any late trading pharmacies you can get to? Best to get it checked.

If say migraine. Any light sensitivity?
    I'd be calling health direct.

I'd really advise getting it checked either at a late night pharmacy or after hours GP. I know it's too late for this time but it's worth looking at buying a BP machine just so you can monitor things at home.
