Default Acupuncture & chinese medicine for improving fertility

    Did it work for you?

I'm also looking for recommendations of a good acupuncturist & chinese medicine practitioner in Brisbane for supporting natural conception & miscarriage after-care.

    Thanks

I'm not the best example but I started Acu a couple of months ago, had been TTC for over 12 months with a MC in between. My cycles were short and I wasn't sure I was ovulating so I saw an acupuncturist that specialised in fertility etc thinking it couldn't hurt while I waited for my FS appt.

Anyway cut a long story short I had 2-3 acu appointments (one per week), also took some Chinese herbs and that cycle I fell pregnant. No idea whether it was a coincidence or whether the acu helped but I do believe it helped - I previously couldn't get a positive OPK and that month I did 😊

I've had acupuncture and herbs to support IVF. I find it very relaxing and helps greatly with my symptoms during cycles. I went to Ondol oriental medicine at toowong.

I went to cycle of life acupuncture -it's on Sunshine Coast though, not Brisbane. I am sure there are some good ones in Brisbane?

I'm half way between sunny coast & Brisbane so I could go either way. But I work in brissy so it's easier to go somewhere close to work
