I have found the best teething toys, hanging off my Fisher Price mat! It's probably obvious to EVERY other parent around, but I had previously totally missed the fact they were detachable so bubba could chew on them!
I'd thought all this time they were hanging there to hit. Doh!
Harper has the one with the elephant with discs and a rubber rhino. She gnaws away for ages, and they are easily washed. There is a fabric noisy one on the mat, but that's a bugger to wash so I've stopped giving that to her.
I was lucky enough to be sent the mat by Fisher Price to review, but they are available at most stores. (I wasn't asked to plug that at all but I think they are worth buying).
At least then the mat goes from baby right through to toddler as you can remove the toys and store the mat.
