    I'm sticking to 1200 calories a day - and I notice you're not really doing carbs so this lunch may not be suitable but this is my lunch today

    - 2 ryvita crispbreads (dark)
    - cream cheese
    - baby spinach
    - Sirena tuna with oil
    - 1 hard boiled egg

    It comes to about 330 calories and I find it filling.

    I'm weighing in tomorrow so will check in with the official number. Fingers crossed it's a good loss.

    I'm boring and doing bacon & eggs for lunch. I need to do a shop so I have more dairy free options available on hand!

    I had a serve of beef & vegetable bake (onions, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, capsicum, peas) with a thin layer of cheese on top.

    DS had a hospital app and I missed breakfast! Dammit.

    I've been busy, so coffee for breakfast and one piece of vegemite on toast for lunch. I'm hungry now! I'm having a salad with grilled chicken for dinner. I cut up and grilled the chicken last night so I wouldn't be tempted to have something bad!

    Well I decided to turn the grilled chicken into an Indian dish.. Chicken Tikka Masala with rice and salad. It's the heaviest meal I've eaten this week but not overly bad considering it's my off day and I'm allowed to eat normally and still lose weight thanks to the 5:2 plan 😃
    Tomorrow will be my second fast day.

    As long as you're back on tomorrow you just have to forgive and forget! It happens, it's what you do with it that counts. I was a bit naughty too bowl of popcorn to watch bachelor. 😕

    I and chicken tikka too but with cauliflower mash instead of rice! So yum!
