I did much better yesterday and so far today with food.
Yesterday's lunch was salad of cos, spinach, peas, tomatoes and a lemon & oil dressing with some small desiree potatoes (steamed), then dinner was spicy lamb cutlets with ratatouille.
Today breakfast was cheese and pesto on toast; yoghurt snack; lunch of ham, mushroom, tomatoes, zucchini frittata. Planning on salmon with lentils, tomatoes, spinach and green beans for dinner.
If I stick with the good food, hopefully that will be reflected on the scales next week.

How's everyone going?
I had AF come to visit so I've done well to not demolish the quality streets I have in the cupboard haha
Good luck for the rest of the week

Today is officially the 3 week mark for me. I started out pushing 69kg and am now around 66kg (old school scales so I don't know the exact loss, at least 2kg though).
Fasted Monday and again today. I'm trying to stick with low carb on my non fast days and cutting down my portion size as well. Also trying to cut out soft drinks, I've really been enjoying soda water with a little lime juice added, so yummy and refreshing and virtually zero calories.
My ultimate goal is still to hit the 60kg mark, which I've not been since long before having my second baby. She's 3 now! I'm comfortable when I'm under 65kg, in a size 10-12. I'm now just fitting my size 12 jeans. My problem area is my tum, as with most mummies I guess, so while it fits my waist, I find size 12 still baggy around my legs and bum.
So... Aiming for an eventual weight of 60kg and that's at least 5kg away so it looks like I'll be continuing this for next few weeks minimum. Everyone is doing so well, I'm so glad I started this thread, reading all of your updates and having this support group is so motivating!
Happy. On my way 😃

I'm so glad you started this thread too. I just needed a little push and some accountability, which is why I publish my weight each week.
I'll stick with you and the thread for as long as you're willing.

I'm really grateful that you started this thread too 😊
I really think it has helped so much as a motivator.
I'm going to be sticking around beyond the four weeks so it will be nice to have company.

4 week winter challenge!
so far I've lost 3.7kg 😊 haven't been too strict on food ( I have a bad sweet tooth 😳) but still staying around my 1800 calories, I have been exercising a far bit well mainly walking everywhere I can instead of driving 👍🏻 plus I try to fit in 30/40 min of the treadmill 5x a week

I haven't lost in the last 5 days as I've been a tiny bit naughty. My metabolism is shocking so I have to be extremely rigid to lose. After weeks and weeks and 9 kg loss this is the first week I haven't lost.
I'm still fine with that. 4kg in 4 weeks is fabulous. I'm hoping to lose the last 10 in the 8 weeks. That will take me to 60kg. I've lost 9 in 6.5 weeks so it's doable.
