Snack - bliss balls
Exercise - pump class
I made a new batch of bliss balls with choc protein powder, cocoa powder, hazelnuts, dates, rolled in coconut. I put in more cocoa powder than I intended so they are really chocolatey and they taste really yum.

@Catzilla don't worry, my weight was up a bit today too! I knew I shouldn't have bothered weighing myself. Definitely sticking to once a week now!
I'm exhausted but have been doing really well. Just got home from a 4-5km walk with the double stroller. Heavy!

Breakfast - 1/2 cup oats and milk.
Morning tea- two rice thins with cottage cheese, tomato and cucumber.
Lunch - veggie stew.
Afternoon tea - cup of soup and celery sticks.
Dinner - steak and veggies.
After dinner - one row of salt and vinegar rice crackers.

Today mfp told me I'm not eating enough!
Breakfast was this pudding strawberries and a cup of tea,
Lunch was seed crackers with camembert
Dinner was Heroin chicken with coleslaw and a few fried and a glass of wine
Dessert was lchf strawberry cream cheese mousse
Total 1212 calories
With hypoxi though I burn around 650

Hi guys - well today is my second weigh in and I lost 1.5kgs! Total loss
of 3.1kgs. My stretchy size 12 jeans still give me serious muffin but definately a lot better than 2 weeks ago. I tried on my regular size 12s and I could barely get them up so I have a long way to go! I'm a little embarrassed to put my starting weight- will definately do it when I lost some more :/
I'm starting 5:2 today with a fast day today so I plan to have a skinny latte at 9am, a boiled egg perhaps around lunchtime and I got myself a 350 calorie frozen meal from Aldi for dinner (Thai green curry). I will supplement with plenty of herbal tea and soda water. Wish me luck because I have a tendency to get 'HANGRY' haha although since I've reduced my calories for the past 2 Weeks hopefully it's not too much of a shock.

Well done on the losses pinkpink and kcspack! 1.5 & 2kg loss per week, you have both done an amazing job.
I weighed in this morning and lost 1kg, so down to 65kgs at the moment. I'm happy with that, I've only just been watching calorie intake (between 1200-1300 cals) this week. I subconsciously fast during my work days as I don't end up eating until I get home at 5.30pm. But then I eat over 500 cals. I'll try harder this week to stick to the 500 cals this week though.
For those doing the 5:2, do you eat a separate dinner to the family?
