    Default 4 week winter challenge!

I need to join also. Coming up to 6 months post baby now and I've lost no more since she was 3 weeks old!

    Current: 67kg

    Goal 1: 64kg

Goal 2: 60kg ( not sure if I'll get here while bf and will probably breastfeeding into next pregnancy)

My worst thing is late night snacking! I will probably be looking for help in that department - why can't I ever finish dinner and just be done for the night Ergghh! Good luck everyone

    Current Weight:- 79.8kg.

    Goal 1:- 75kg.

    Goal 2:- 70kg.

    Goal 3: 65kg.

    Ultimate Goal: 60g.

I did get back to 61.5kg when DD was about 6 to 8 weeks old last year, but then I was put on Sandomigran as a headache preventative last October, which sent my appetite skyrocketing, and I ended up stacking on about 22kg in 6 months, and I've gained a few more since then.

I'll join. I've lost 5kg but want to lose another 15+. I'm back down to my pre pg weight but I needed to lose even back then.

    Current: 74
    GW:59

I'm hoping to lose another 5kg in the 4 weeks

Comfort eating and late night snacking are my enemies. I've stopped both lately. I'm also doing LCHF and my stomach has gone right down. 4 weeks ago I couldn't even do up my size 12 skinny jeans. Then 2 weeks ago I could be it was Muffin Top. Now they do up nicely with little Muffin

I want to be a size 8 by xmas.

I'll join, I have a fair bit to lose, however it seems too daunting so I have a mini goal- 10kg's.
5 of those 10 I have put back this year, after I had taken off 17kg, I'd love to say I don't know how, but falling back into old bad habits did not help
I really look forward to that healthy, strong feeling, as opposed to this sluggish, bloated, yuk feeling!

I'm cutting carbs, my worst enemy is late night snacking. And I'm going to aim to exercise everyday, even if it's just 15 minutes.

I'll try but I doubt I will get far as I am hopeless at this sort of thing. I am booked in for a weight loss surgery app. I haven't loss any weight since I had DS which was nearly 2 years ago 😥

    SW-115
    GW-100kg

I'm focusing on less bread, moving more and less coffee 😏

    What is LCHF?

5kg by the end of the 4 weeks will be amazing!
