Day going well here too. I made a really nice zuchinis-peas-mint soup. Lovely and very feeling.
@made2bAmummy Maybe up your fiber intake to be satisfied? Fruits and veg?

I agree 100% with your statement about about being aware of the reasons first so we can then work out how to counteract them.
Here's another one of my excuses- when I'm sleep deprived and have no energy left, I can't always just take a nap because I have 3 children to care for- so I eat up on carbs and fat instead. Eating up also calmed my frazzled nerves and makes me a kinder more patient Mother- I think.
I honestly don't know what I could do at 7pm when I've been up 14 hours after broken sleep and trying to settle three kids to bed by myself to help me get that energy I need to see it through. Am I just being precious?

You get an optional 49 points per week to spend on whatever you choose, if you choose to spend it. You get an extra allowance for breastfeeding too.
