Sorry I've been MIA... we've finally bought another house and are moving in a few weeks so things have been a bit mad. Went to my 4th meeting today, up from last week, but down overall.

I expected a gain this week. My, er, digestive system is a bit slow this week. We also had a wedding Saturday night, and I'm a bit sick (so some comfort eating). Also missed 2 workouts this week.

But I'm back on the horse. Bit worried about the long weekend coming up, but I'll do my best.

I'm slowly plodding away. DH has been working away for the last 10 weeks. This helps my eating, but means I can't get to the gym or really do any exercise. I've lost almost 6kg since I started 10 weeks ago. Not too bad considering everything going on.

Six kilos is awesome! Well done.

I'm considering adding in a fasting day or two to kick start my loss. I had some success with 5:2 before my wedding a couple years ago, but it's too hard living with in-laws. My MIL lives going out for breakfast / coffees.

We move into our place on the 16th so hoping things improve from then on.

I have no idea. The leader said she's been on it for a couple of weeks and thinks it's fantastic

I love the current program. Wonder what they've changed...
I notice that there's a new tracker on the website but haven't used it yet. I also think that some food have changed points value?

My leaders have eluded that the new plan is a rebranding of WW and some point adjustments. Adjustments are for sugar and fat. I assume more value will be placed on sugar than fat, e.g. full fat milk will not longer be more points since there is more sugar in fat free milk. Or something close to that.
