    Thanks ladies! I've got my MIL watching him this morning just in case, but do plan to take him since I feel bad asking them to watch him. (No idea why since my SIL leaves her 5 yo with them 3 days a week!)

    Anyway, I'm very excited for my first meeting. I'm not sure what I think will happen, but I do think being held accountable for my tracking / weigh in will be good for me.

    @lileitak how did your first meeting go?

    I had my WI this morning and lost 700gr this week. Very happy with that.

    I'm now officially back in the healthy weigh range although because I'm a small frame I still carry too much fat especially around my waist.

    Also WW is having a flash sale at the moment, 50% of all 3 months plans. That's the cheapest you could ever get them for.

    I've cancelled my membership (only had a couple of weeks left) and purchased it back through the sale 😋

    Oh I might do that too. I think mine is out on 15/10.

    We are going overseas in two weeks so I am meant to be super motivated. However I am struggling when I am anxious I either eat things i shouldn't or eat nothing and then have no energy to exercise

    I meant to post an update last week, next meeting is tomorrow already!

    My meeting was really good. The leader seemed lovely, and I'm not sure what I was so nervous about all these years. Their scale put me a kilo and a bit over my scale (and I have a good scale) - but that could be because I had my shoes on! Weighing people in their shoes is just cruel, lol.

    However, I had a shocker of a week. An all day hens on Saturday started the derailment, followed by a 60th birthday, and a day of leftovers. I have managed to get to spin and crossfit so that is something.

    Here's to a better week this week.

    You can ask to weight your shoes first and have that number removed from your total WI

    If that makes sense!

    I do that as my shoes weigh 700gr!

    I'm glad you have a good leader, that makes all the difference 😊

    Anyone still around?

    I haven't been able to attend my meeting last week and I miss it.

    Definitely going tomorrow though. I logged my weight in the app today, had a great loss and my PP allowance got reduced 😭

    I still have a massive 40 PP per day. No idea how I'll manage once I stopped breastfeeding...

    I fell off the wagon, I'm dragging myself back there tonight. I think I've gained 2.5kgs since I was there 4 weeks ago

    Well done on getting back! I find that what I gained quickly I lose quickly too. Hopefully it will be the same for you 😊
