I'm still doing WW online (sort of). I am pretty lazy with tracking though.
I don't have scales, but it is doing something.....my skinny jeans are no longer skinny and I can fit some clothes I bought last Christmas that I couldn't fit when I bought.
I have found a really good youtube exercise channel so I'm doing that 4 times per week (sometimes more).
I have found if I exercise I eat better as I don't want to have done all that exercise for nothing

I'm always doing well for the first 4-6 weeks then something happen like a holiday or a house guest and I lose it then can't get back to it.
This time I'm already doing better thanks to the meetings. I went to France for a month but got back into things easily because I knew a group of people where waiting for me

@ExcuseMyFrench It is JessicasmithTV, she has a stack of work outs. I do a cardio walk and the upper body 12 minute one. I change it every couple of days as well.
Her facebook page has a stack of hints and she also does Q&A on a Wednesday which are really interesting.

I track in a note book and don't pay for membership cos I'm a cheapskate😉
Today was my first day back on and I feel great. Lately I've been indulging in a lot of bread and lollies and I have been feeling lethargic all the time.
Today I had:
2 eggs with 2 thin rice cakes
1 latte & 1 chocolate biscuit
2 bowls of vegetable & lentil soup
2 rissoles, small potato, & veggies
Small bowl of sago pudding
That's 32pp. I'm allowed 30, but I earned 3 today out walking up hills pushing the pram.

Anyone has an issue with the tracker? Everytime I enter a loss it congratulates me for my first loss.
It's a detail but it's annoying!!

Haven't had that issue today....
Question on BF points... I am BFing, but have to mix feed so not sure I warrant as many points as they give me. We try to exclusively BF, but bubs gets a few tops-up, and sometimes a full bottle of formula depending on his hunger that day.
Is it risky to untick the BF box? I think they issue is too few calories if you're also trying to make milk.
