Default Urgent - spotting 6/7dpo freaking out

Ok I said I stopped trying and so I did and we were not preventing.
Calculating backwards I would be around 6/7/8 dpo maybe 5dpo but most likely 6/7dpo and had a sharp twinge yesterday and a little pink blood today (minimal). I never spot. I also don't want to get my hopes up. I noticed lots of white cm as usual after so I really think I did ovulate. Any thoughts?

I think as you can't be 100% sure on when you ovulated, so should try not to freak out & wait it out.
It could be anything, cycles do have the tendency to mess you around.
Could be nothing, could be something. You'll know either way in a week or so, so try not to think too much about it (hard I know)
