Default Stage one complete now help

I've finally got H in a cot! It's taken so long.

Working with our food psych she told me I need to night wean ASAP. He has 4 bottles still. (Yes I know heaps). I've been doing two scoops formula to 210 water (mask water) he doesn't care. She said I could do CIO. I just can't. I tried tonight I felt sick. Why can't I just feed him and co sleep.
Wah. Anyway just need some help he has zero bottles during day.

    Thanks girls

How did you go last night?

Can you maybe try controlled crying instead of CIO?

CIO to wean him? If you're not comfortable with that, with my boob addict, we told her that there would be no more boo over night and we just offered cuddles instead, with my DH and I taking it in turns in going in to her. I found after a few days it got better. We were exhausted but we got through it ok.

If you are comfortable with controlled crying as A-Squared suggested, perhaps that might be an alternative?

He sleeps in there until 3am I've had to let things slide as he's sick ATM so I will have to start again. I'm going switch his bottles to water after he's over his cold.

I've been able to water the bottles down etc. DH doesn't care he wants to co sleep still and I do too but we don't all fit hahaha!!
