Default Thermomix - which dish would convert you?

Hehe that's the cupcake recipe I converted and put on the RC. Not very inventive with my usernames on forums etc hahaha. I have a fb page I put thermy stuff on its called get your thermofix with flick.

I love the creamy beef curry on the RC, skinny mixers beef madras is awesome as well.

I've seen people raving about skinnymixers chicken Kiev lately as well haven't had a chance to make it myself yet but it looks delish.

Poor old Bella wasn't up to the challenge hey Monnie.

That recipe is too complicated and time consuming for my liking. I have Pete Evans family food book and converted his butter chicken and it's so good. I noticed a few people have converted and added it to the RC might be easier for Bella to handle that recipe. Heaps quicker too.

THIS!! My favourite recipe in the EDC.

Bechamel sauce too - none of this stirring your own roux!!

Maybe its a bit cold - but sorbet, or frozen banana icecream. This is what converted my husband.

Chicken Wanton soup ... delicious, easy and great demo for the veroma.

The garlic and herb dip is another quick and easy tasty dip.

    Cheese and garlic pull-apart bread.

I now have a need to try these cupcakes. But with cream and strawberries made into fairy cakes. Might have to visit the strawberry farm tomorrow...

Ahhhh I just heard that I can borrow a TMX for a week so looks like I'm going to have plenty of time to test it out ! Bring on the dips, bread, béchamel, satay chicken, wonton soup and everything else everyone has suggested!! 😆

I think you posted it in a thread and that's how I found it 12-18 months ago. Been making them ever since! So easy and delicious! Will have to find your page :-)
