    My allergist tested DS at 6 months due to family history. I'd be making another appointment for the earliest the allergist will allow it.

    My little one was tested around 5 months (before started solids), it gave us some indication about what to avoid and most of his allergies are IgE.
    If you little one has non IgE allergies, it would not come up in blood test or SPT, making it really hard to figure out which food to avoid.
    I would check with another allergist.

    Based on this - I would not even think that what you are eating is affecting bub at all. I would be thinking it's something in her environment that she is reacting to, such as what you wash clothes with or just general oversensitiveness. Babies skin often reacts to things in the first few months as they are in contact with their environment. I think it's highly unlikely it's your diet especially as you've been advised this by your doctor!
