That's a good price! I got mine about 1.5 years ago just before it was discontinued and bought it direct from the baby jogger outlet (once a month sale) paid approx $580 with belly bar and delivery and that was a bargain at the time.

Love my versa! Definitely get the gt wheels. Join the baby jogger fb page they come up on there all the time. I won't get rid of my versa til it literally dies I love it that much!!

I find it easier to fold and less bulky in rear facing mode and the only bad thing I've found is the basket isn't as accessible in forward facing but that doesn't bother me. My ds is almost 15 kg and the pram is still super easy to push.

They've been discontinued coz they brought out the lite which is just another city mini imo

Default Help Please. Baby Jogger City Versa Question.

Hope you like it! We have had a versa for 2 years. It goes everywhere (including some "off road" adventures) and I'm happy with it. Easy to fold, clean, push. It's very tough!

    I took her out today.
OMG! The pram practically wheels itself!

    Delighted with it

Did anyone get the bassinet also? I want it but have capsule and adaptors, and the city elite with bassinet. DH says no to me buying the versa bassinet as this is our last baby and its not needed

We got the bassinet and it's great. Baby jogger don't recommend using the Versa seat until bubs is 6 months old - so if you think bubs will out grow the capsule in that time it might be worth getting the bassinet.

The other perk of the bassinet is that bubs can lie flat (since they're not supposed to be kept in the capsule for extended periods) & you can easily change a newborn's nappy in the bassinet (handy if you're somewhere with feral change facilities).

I have used it from 3 months with a lambs wool I I felt it was ok. Recently a friend got an uppababy and used their insert (I think it's called snug insert or something like that) and I think it would work for a young baby in versa too as an option.

Oops meant to say too that according to the Baby Jogger website, if you have the deluxe bassinet it will fit on both the elite and the versa 😉
