Go to Pinterest and search meal prepping and there's loads of ideas!
We spent 5 hours prepping on Sunday. So worth it!

I quite often cook up a big mexican beef (mince, onion, 4 bean mix, tin tomato, taco mix/herbs) then freeze into individual portions. Zap for afew minutes and put on a wrap or toast. I do the same with chicken breast. Dice and cook up then freeze into individual portions for wraps/salad/toasted sandwiches. The snack size ziplock bags are great for this.

Thanks ladies! I was trying to avoid freezing my meals but I'm heading straight to pintrest for ideas now!!!

Not meals but snacks I cut up carrot and celery into sticks and store in my tupperware vent smarts in the fridge for snacks. On the right setting they can last more than a week
