How is everyone going? Sorry I haven't checked in for a while been very busy with work and am planning my holidays for this year (finally booked) and we are thinking Africa next year. Sick of putting my life on hold for ttc and haven't thought about it much. I will continue clomid cycling though. In fact, I am waiting for AF which should hopefully arrive Sunday or Monday so that I can start 100mg. See how it goes. Won't take anything Dec/Jan when I am away and then ivf Feb if nothing happens and I won't worry about it until then. If nothing by June I will fulfil my dream and travel to Uganda later that year. That's the plan.

I am certain I am out this month anyhow but am not to upset either which is strange. No sore boobs and no symptoms at all. Maybe I don't notice much as I have had a cold since Monday. In addition I think I have a cyst. Pain started at the gym at 7pm and only stopped at 5am this morning. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't lie on my right side. Might get it checked out if it's back tonight. Could that have to do with PCOS and the clomid I took early in the cycle?

AF just arrived this morning. I am officially over it and now probably classified as infertile... I really don't think that I'll ever be a mother.

Still early days. My Bub took 16 months which was 7 cycles including the one I got pregnant in and I was super lucky. It can take 12 months for a couple with no issues to conceive.

This time it's been almost 12 months already. I get that it sucks but if you really want it, don't give up.

    Hi Ladies,
Well we went for our second opinion on Monday afternoon. We both think we like this new /gyno he was lovely and very thorough from I read he gave me more information about monitoring with clomid, bloods and ultrasound.. so much happier knowing I am being monitored probably..
it s a little frustrating as the FS is on the other side of the city, we are south side and he is north west so half hour away, and I dont know I am going to make it over there and back for bloods before work.. serious pain but right now I think I am happy to do it as I feel better with this dr.

Just wondering though those will experience with Provera.. how long after the provera did you get your AF?

We are excited at we are starting our first real cycle how exciting!

Oh yay! Provera works when you stop taking it, it's a progesterone withdrawal. I usually got AF about 3 days after finishing a course. Good luck!

Exactly this. AF started the 3rd day after I stopped taking it last cycle. Though usually it takes 7 days to show up for me.
