Some games I've enjoyed recently (I have an iPad rather than an iPhone, so I'm not sure if all of these will be available to you):
- Ghost Trick (story/puzzle game)
- 7 Little Words (word game)
- Red Herring (word game)
- SimCity BuildIt
- The Room and The Room 2 (puzzle games)
- Dumb Ways to Die (based on the Melbourne Trains ad - it's stupid but incredibly addictive. Don't say I didn't warn you!)

I'm liking Angry Birds Fight at the moment. I'm on Android but I'd assume it'd be on Apple too.
