Vegemite, peanut butter and Worcestershire sauce live in the pantry, the rest in the fridge.

We used to keep the tomato and BBQ sauce in the pantry but have had a couple of bottles ferment on us since living in warmer climates. They now go in the fridge.

Did you all know that sauce bottles say "refrigerate after opening" on the label? 😊

Once opened, it goes in the fridge. People who store sauces in the pantry are always trying to convince me that "refrigerate after opening" is a marketing ploy to encourage you to use more of the product (by assuming you open the fridge more frequently than the pantry). People will construct a conspiracy theory out of anything!

Spreads : In the pantry -> with jam been the exception & going in the fridge.

Condiments : In the fridge -> Can not think of anything specific that happens to go in pantry instead.
