people are not saying she is awful for seeking attention.
More that she did get that attention. But you can't really say I'll have that sort of attention and not that one IYKWIM. She is getting positive and negative attention.

Indeed, and given doctors at The Alfred do not do transvaginal ultrasound, it is certainly not definitive to announce that "Doctors say Gabi will probably lose the baby".

I can't believe I am being drawn into this discussion, but at 4 weeks would they even do a tv ultrasound? There would be nothing to see and nothing they could do anyway.

Neither can I, but to answer your question...Yes, with that degree of trauma, most probably. Would assist in confirming gestation, viability, and any other complications. If she is correct about her dates, then you are correct, there would be little, if anything, to see.

Would a TV ultrasound change management of this patient? No. But it may provide the patient with clearer answers as to the likely outcome of the pregnancy.

Those photos are very confronting, why doesn't she value privacy? It's like her life is a sideshow. She needs help.

seriously, I think she does need help. why anyone would post such pictures is beyond me. she could have taken a pic of the bruising without showing her whole rear end. or who ever actually took the pic, could have just focused on the bruise. really. not everyone wants to see her behind. I wish I hadn't opened the link.
