    Default Severe nappy rash

DS has woken up with a really bad nappy rash today. He's 16mths old. He's never really had any problems with it until now. The only thing new that he's eaten was some pineapple with lunch on Friday, more than 24 hours earlier (probably only 3-4 little pieces). Could this be the culprit? He has never had any reaction like this and I wonder if he's allergic?
