Yep. Because of all the changes in your body ie removal of toxins, hormonal changes etc.

So it's been 2 weeks since I started the pills and smoothies and I feel great (lost 3kg to) I did have a hiccup with what I thought were pimples popping up but actually turned out to be cysts from all the toxins which somehow despite my constant cleaning turned into staph infections and because I had some pop up on my back I was left in a lot of pain when I moved. A round of antibiotics fixed that though and I have never felt better, will definitely keep up the pills and smoothies (even contemplating taking my nutrininja away with me this weekend) but might start mixing up the smoothie ingredients a bit to try different flavours

I have gotten cholostasis with each pregnancy and my old Dr did a liver function test (blood test) after my last baby and said "yes levels are getting better" but never retested. 18 months later I switched GPs because of severe frustration with my old one not listening and during one visit I told her how I was close to giving up my weightloss and dieting because in 1 year I have only lost 3 kg and she had a look at my records from the last gp and said I should have had another liver function test at 6 months post birth and never did so she did one and my liver function was not much better then where it was after DS2 was born and livers are meant to heal themselves and she said that a liver in bad shape can stall weightloss so try to cleanse/ repair naturally and see how I go before we talk about stronger meds. I will do another blood test in 3 months to make sure but I think it's working

Lots of water a pp have mentioned. I have seen a hack where someone has used an old 3l milk bottle and marked in perm pen times on the side to ensure even spread of water throughout the day ( and to act as a reminder )
