If you could pitch a business idea to an investor to fund and you had to be the brain child and run that business, what would it be?

Something to do with kids lunches or kids food or a kid friendly cafe - that's the complaint I hear the most that parents are time poor with preparing lunches and want a kid friendly place to eat as a family with healthier ( but still yummy ) options or possibly a kids parties and planning concierge that can organise everything for you ( food/venues/entertainers etc )

I have dreams of building and running a family friendly holiday park. So, all the units would be baby-proofed with toys for the children and everything you would need.
Obviously there would be a restaurant attached too, and I would love to hold functions there as well.
Where I live, there is a huge market for tourists all year round but especially in summer and a lot of rich families travel from Melbourne to holiday here. I want to he upmarket enough to appeal to them but during the off-season budget enough for regular families to want to stay as well.
I want the restaurant to have amazing food and views so that all the locals know its "the place" to go. I want to have beautiful gardens for couples to get married in and then have their reception in my amazing restaurant/ function centre.
I even have a site picked, but since it was a high school as recently as 10 years ago I'm certain it's still crown land and probably hard to buy. It's in an amazing spot though!
Can you tell I have thought about this a lot? All I need is an investor.. To invest a paltry 100%

In your restaurant can the kids menu not be full of deep fried things? And come in different serving sizes? You could show plates/bowls to indicate size like pizza shops do.
